Historical and Future Month Commencement
Current data payload first pass.
This page uses the same first-visibility samples as the map tabs: sunset plus 4/9 of the local sunset-to-moonset interval, then Yallop bands with conjunction and moonset masks. The current static payload covers one Gregorian month; wider 1900-2100 generation can be added once the commencement rule is chosen.
